  • I have forgotten my password.

    Don’t panic if you can’t remember your FoodClub password - it happens! Simply click the Sign In button and select the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. Enter the Email address used to sign up and we’ll send you a password recovery link.

  • Why should I create an account?

    You do not need to create an account to order food through FoodClub. However, by creating an account you save yourself time, money and enter yourself into great prize draws. The advantages of creating an account are;

    • Save delivery address for a faster ordering process.
    • Track previous orders and reorder the same food.
    • Enter prize draws, giveaways and collect points in exchange for prizes.

  • Do I have to create an account to order food?

    No, you are more than welcome to order food as a guest and check our services. It is easy to join once you become familiar with our system and only it takes seconds to complete the sign-up process.

  • How do I delete my account?

    We’re sad to see you go, but we understand if the FoodClub family is no longer for you. To delete your account:

    • Click on ‘Settings’ on your account.
    • Click ‘Delete My Account’.
    You do not need to delete your account for period of absences (such as vacations), everything will be kept secure and will be waiting for your return.

  • How many addresses can I save to my account?

    There is no limit to the amount of addresses you can save to your account. To add new address simply click on ‘Addresses’ on your account and fill out the form.

  • How do I see my previous orders?

    Your ‘Order History’ page contains all of the orders made through your account. From this page you can reorder meals and visit the restaurant’s menus again.
