  • How do I place an order?

    Ordering food is simple with FoodClub;

    • Choose your city and area.
    • Choose a restaurant from the options available. These can be filtered by delivery type, cuisine and rating.
    • Select the meals you would like to order then select ‘To Cart’ to proceed to Shopping cart.
    • In the ‘Basket Page’ you are able to delete items, change quantities and give your order a final check.
    • Carefully fill out the address and telephone number for delivery and click on ‘Place Order’.

    Please Note: It is important to make sure that you have entered the correct contact details, including phone number - orders containing invalid phone numbers will not be processed by restaurants.

    Once your order has been placed, you will be directed to the confirmation page, this page contains order details, estimated delivery times and the order number - please record the order number in case you need to contact customer support or the restaurant.

  • What happens once I place my order?

    Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to your chosen restaurant. They are then responsible for the preparation and delivery of your food. If there are any problems at this stage, please contact customer support.

  • Can I reorder the same food?

    Yes. In your ‘Order History’ page, you will see a list of your previous orders. From here you can place a repeat order or view the menu to see other options.

  • Can I place multiple orders?

    Our system allows you to choose meals from multiple restaurants and order in one go. However, you are also able to place several separate orders, if you wish.

  • Can I order food for late delivery?

    All restaurants allow customers to place an order for late delivery. You can place orders for delivery or pick-up at a time and date that suits you - as long as your chosen time is within the restaurant’s usual working hours.

  • Can I pick-up my order from the restaurant?

    Some restaurants allow customers to pick-up their order themselves, you can filter restaurants by preferred delivery option whilst browsing.

  • I have made a mistake in my order.

    Unfortunately, you cannot change your order through FoodClub, due to the speed of the transaction. However, if it has been less than 5 minutes since your order was placed, you can contact customer support then they will try to coordinate the requested changes. Alternatively, you may wish to contact the restaurant directly, their phone number can be found on your confirmation email.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel within 5 minutes, go to ‘My Account’, select your order and click the ‘Cancel’ button.

    Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. At any time after 5 minutes, please contact the restaurant directly to cancel or change the order. Their phone number can be found on

  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    Registered users will receive a confirmation email once the order has been accepted. Express users (no sign-up) will be directed to a confirmation page once the order has been placed. If you have not received the email or been redirected to the confirmation page, please contact customer support with your account email address and order information available.

  • I have not received confirmation email

    Your order has been submitted if you can see an order number on your screen. Please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folders to see if the email is lost. If you are still having trouble, contact customer support with your account email address and restaurant name available.

  • What happens if the restaurant does not accept my order?

    Sometimes restaurants may have to decline orders due to being too busy. If this happens to you, please contact customer support so that we can resolve the issue for you.
