    The average delivery time is 25 minutes from placing the order. However, this may vary between restaurants and each restaurant’s delivery time can be seen on their profile and menu pages.   • How much is delivery?

    It depends on the respective restaurants. Delivery costs are set by each restaurant. These costs vary from one restaurant to another. Usually the restaurants closer to your home will deliver for free.

  • How long will the delivery take?

    Each restaurant sets their own delivery area, which means that delivery times may vary. Delivery times range from 15 minutes to over an hour depending on the time you placed your order. Using our mobile apps, you can track your order, see the delivery time and even follow the delivery route on a map.

  • My order was not delivered on time

    We are sorry about that; We try our hardest to hold restaurants accountable for delivering great food on time. Your first call of action is to contact the restaurant for an explanation, their number can be found on the confirmation email. If the restaurant is not answering, please contact customer support for further assistance

  • My order is wrong.

    If something is wrong or missing in your order, you should contact the restaurant for an explanation and resolution. Keep your order information ready to prove your order. If this does not solve the issue, please let our customer support know as soon as possible.

  • I haven’t received my food.

    FoodClub expect each restaurant to take responsibility for delivering great food on time - we let all restaurants know that failure to deliver food and delayed delivery times should be communicated to the customer as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment. If you have placed an order, but received neither communication, nor your food, there are a number of possible explanations;

    • The restaurant has not delivered an order it has received. In the first instance, please contact the restaurant directly, quoting your order number - both the restaurant’s contact details and your order number can be found on the confirmation page/email. If this does not result in a satisfactory outcome and solution, please contact customer support. Just remember to keep your order number ready.
    • The restaurant is not responding/accepting orders and FoodClub have been forced to cancel your transaction. In this instance, our customer support team will try to contact you by telephone. If there is no answer on your end, we send a cancellation email to the address associated with the account or order.
