  • How do I leave a review?

    Once your order status is ‘Delivered’ you will be presented with the option to review. When reviewing, simply select “Like” or “Dislike” and write your opinion in the box provided. Your reviews help other customers and gain you reward points - 10 points per review, which can be exchanged for gifts and food.

  • I am not happy with my order, what should I do?

    In the event of unsatisfactory service, food or communication with a restaurant, please contact customer support. who (They) will try to resolve the issue and communicate with the restaurant on your behalf.
